Found this other doc, which offers up some interesting info on 7th Saga partner betrayals: what happens when you get a Rune, and your partner turns on you to take the party's Runes for himself. (This can happen only when you get the Water, Moon, or Light Runes, apparently, which is interesting in itself; you get Water & Moon in nonviolent settings ( Read more... )

Been looking at this doc on The 7th Saga, which details, among other things, how likely other apprentices are to join a given apprentice or offer to fight them when said apprentice talks to them. Brain Lord was an SNES action RPG produced by...er, Produce, the folks behind The 7th Saga and, later, Mystic Ark. I'm not one for facecam LPs, but I've been enjoying this playthrough of the fast-paced restaurant sim Cook, Serve, Delicious. The couple at the controls have a good, easy chemistry, and they found a smart format - splitting up menu design and food prep - for going through the game.
